Yuuki Legal Office provides comprehensive support for all residence status matters—from initial entry (Certificate of Eligibility) to renewals and status changes for those already living in Japan.

Our primary strength is fast, nationwide support through the online application system. While we prioritise speed through digital tools, we remain flexible and can offer face-to-face consultations when necessary. Even for complex cases, we aim for a successful outcome by tailoring our approach to each client's situation.

As a Certified Immigration Support Administrative Scrivener (Gyoseishoshi Lawyer), I file applications at the Immigration Services Agency on your behalf. For residence status applications, you do not need to visit an immigration office in person. We handle document preparation and direct communication with the immigration authorities.

Located in Musashi-Kosugi, our office offers good access to Haneda Airport and high mobility through our online-first approach. We correspond in English, allowing direct communication with both applicants and overseas offices.

Refugee Status Denied? Request a Review Within 7 Days

If you received a notice in Japan that you were not recognized as a refugee or as a person eligible for complementary protection, you must file a request for administrative review within 7 days from the day you received it. As a Specific Administrative Scrivener, we can represent you in this review, even if you filed your refugee application yourself.
